This estate agent is quite simply the best!!!!!!We used this company to sell our villa - it was sold within a month! I dealt with Luis and always found him very professional and always very accommodating, often working after hours. Following our villa sale I set Luis my brief as to the requirements for the new villa. I was very specific on my wish list and he knew this. He only showed me properties that fitted my criteria so he never wasted my time like other agents did!! I recall him calling me about 7am one morning and he said you must come and see this house. Well, he did not dissapoint and by 10am my offer was accepted and we completed within 4 weeks. Throughout the completion process he kept me updates and liased with all parties involved to ensure a smooth conveyancing.. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Calpe Home Group. They sold us a beautiful villa but when some problems showed up with the registration, we didnt get back our reservation amount. The whole situation has cost us a lot of energy and money. We are still very disappointed and angry. Our Spanish dream ended up more like a nightmare.
I would highly recommend this estate agent when buying a home in Calpe. The service we received from Luis was exceptional in giving detailed and unbiased guidance on the positives and negatives of an array of properties that we looked at over a 4 month period. The time spent with us viewing properties, giving advice on purchase strategy and long term rental was second to none. We couldnt have asked for better advice.
